Friday, June 27th - Arbent – Bellecin nautical centre
Welcome to the Haut-Jura Natural Park
After setting off from the Plastics Vallée at the Espace Loisirs d’Arbent (01), the route begins with the climb up Viry towards the pipe and diamond capital of Saint-Claude. Then the riders tackle the time trial of the day with the climb to Septmoncel, with its Gendarme hat and magnificent switchbacks, before reaching the Hauts Plateaux Jurassien and the village of Prémanon. This village is home to the Espace des mondes polaires Paul-Emile Victor. After a descent to the eyewear capital, Morez, the riders climb back up to the Nanchez plateau before reaching Lac de Clairvaux, then the base camp of the Bellecin water sports centre.

On the day the numbered bibs are removed, you will receive a superb top-of-the-range Rosti jersey, official supplier of the Pro AG2R team.
You will have to wear this collector jersey during the second stage of the Forest’cime.
