Race bib pick-up takes place in Arbent: Saturday, September 16 from 2 pm to 6:3à pm

 If this is impossible for you on Saturday, you can collect your numbers at the starting site:

Marathon Vtt 100 km from 6:40 am to 7:40 am La Pesse (risky because of short delay!)

Marathon VTT 70 and 43 km from 8:30 am to 10 am La Pesse (risky because of the short delay!)

To get your number, you will have to present your registration confirmation on paper or on your cell phone with the QR code.

Podium, 15h00 :

– Top 10 in scratch

– Prize Money from 6th to 10th

– 3 first by category: hope, master 30, master 40, master 50 and more

SHUTTLE : Transportation without a bicycle

1 ticket = transportation of one person without a bike.

5:00 PM, 6:00 PM or 7:00 PM (time to be chosen at registration).

The departure of the shuttles will be from the HOME of the arrival site of La Forestière (« ESPACE LOISIRS » – 01100 ARBENT).

Place of arrival of the transports : LA PESSE/ LES MOUSSIERES

Price : 8 EUROS

On Saturday afternoon, you go to your accommodation near the departure point where you put down your bikes and passengers. The driver will take his car down to Arbent where he will pick up the numbers for the whole group thanks to the registration confirmations and then go back up with the La Forestière shuttle to the accommodation site. You will have your vehicle parked at the finish on Sunday and can leave directly. Condition: keep only a minimum of clothes at your accommodation so that you can put them in your checkroom bag which will be dropped off at the start of the event to be taken down to Arbent.

Transport with bike before the event :

You go on Sunday in Arbent to the place of arrival to park your vehicle.

You load your bike in a truck (bikes separated by boxes), then you get on the bus.

The transport takes you to your departure site.

100 km: Loading from 5:30 to 5:55.      Attention, no delay is allowed: the last transport leaves at 6:00 am!

70 and 43 km : Loading from 7:30 to 7:55.      Attention, no delay is allowed: the last transport leaves at 8:00 am!

Departure of the transport (buses and trucks) on the parking lot of the SOGEMA Company at 300m from the arrival site of the Forestière (« ESPACE LOISIRS » – 01100 ARBENT).

Rate : 15 EUROS .   1 ticket = transport of a competitor with his bike

The stuff bag is given to you free of charge when you pick up your number.  You can put your personal effects in it: towel, necessary to change your clothes… (be careful, no valuable objects: no keys, no papers, no money). Leave it at the start of your race in the truck provided for this purpose. The bag will be brought down directly by La Forestière to the finish site in Arbent. You will be able to retrieve it as soon as your event is over.
